I'm Janet Elbert, and I've had a dynamic journey through various roles in my career and personal life. I started with an Associate's in Business Administration, which laid the foundation for my professional path. Initially, my career focused on the oil and gas industry before transitioning into construction, where I found my niche.

After dedicating 18 years to raising and nurturing my children, I returned to the workforce as the Office Manager at Root Construction in 2002. Over two decades with Root Construction, I've been privileged to contribute to our growth and success in the industry.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my family. I've been happily married to Dan Elbert for 40 years, and together we've raised two wonderful sons, Daniel and Scott, who've given us the joy of three adorable grandchildren. Our household is completed by two beloved cats, Peanut and Tripp—I'm definitely a cat lover!

In my spare time, I indulge in my passions: music, gardening, exploring new destinations through travel, unwinding with Sudoku puzzles, and most importantly, creating lasting memories with my grandchildren.
